About Me
I'm a PhD student in Department of Computer Science, University
of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. I'm working
with Prof. Eyal Amir
in Artificial Intelligene. Previously, I received my MS in
Computer Science, and BS in Computer Science and Mathematics, both
from Peking University,
China.
Research Interests
My research interest
is probabilistic reasoning in an uncertain world. More
specifically, I focus on the following topics:
- Lifted first-order probabilistic inference in graphical models
- Learning problems arising from the setting of lifted inference
- Their applications in social network analysis and data mining
Beyond lifted inference, I'm interested in probabilistic inference
and statistical learning in general. I also spent some time
working on applications in data mining, information retrieval and
database system before I finally figured out my deep interests in
probabilistic reasoning.
